Somehow, I acquired 2 copies of this informative book as I consider it to be one of the best in the field. Although this book has been around for a few years, it continues to be one of my favorites that I turn to when I have a question regarding sport and recreation law and risk management. Gil Fried and Herb Appenzeller's terrific books inspired me to write my book: Managing Risk in Sport and Recreation. You owe it to yourself and your sport and recreation program to read Mr. Fried's book.
