I have read this book and found it to be a very authoritative text on the personal lines insurance business. It lets the reader develop a since of scope of the industry and depth of dependices that can encompass the subject matter and lead the person to a factual and lawful answer to a particular insurance situation for any of the fifty states.
It has been written with a humoris style that is nice, while describing the facts of the insurance problem that a client has requested to be handled.
The book seems to be very thourough on subject matter and flows throught the processes that affect the industry.
